Call to Action - Scientology Volunteer Ministers Needed in Indonesia

Scientology Volunteer Ministers around the world are being mobilized to provide assistance to the people of Java in Indonesia after a strong earthquake struck the island today.

More than 3,000 people are reported as having died with thousands more injured, officials have said. The quake, measuring 6.2, flattened buildings in a densely-populated area south of the city of Yogyakarta, near the southern coast of Java.

The Indonesian Red Cross estimates some 200,000 people fled their homes after the quake hit early in the morning.

Volunteer Ministers are needed to join the International Scientology Assist Team which is now forming up and heading to the disaster area. Volunteers, trained or not as Scientology Volunteer Ministers, are urgently needed to provide assistance to hundreds of thousands affected by this earthquake. General help in providing supplies, food, water and medical assistance will be needed, as well as Scientology assists and Dianetics counseling so as to help these people to put their lives back together.
